So It is going on a year since I saw my last provider. I am on almost daily just lurking.
lately I have been wanting to explore the idea of doing a doubles. Does doubles include girl on girl action dfk daty etc? I just know if it was 2 girls focusing on me I would only last 15 min

It depends on the providers you choose to see whether they are bi or into each other at all. You're better off finding two you like who work with each other already and asking then specifically if they do girl on girl etc. Make sure to ask and not merely assume lest you become disappointed with the outcome.
