Hello Ladies & Gents of SA!

I just keep hearing how awesome you guys are down there in San Antonio and am thinking I may have to come find out for myself. For months I have been hearing about how friendly everyone is there and I keep hearing about it more and more as time goes on.

One question though, I have only visited one city in Texas before, and it was Amarillo. One thing I absolutely LOVED was the accents. Do you San Antonians (is that what you are called?) have the same/similar accent going on??

Just wanted to pop in, briefly introduce myself, and get a feel for the area.

Any ladies from the area that can give any advice on nice areas to stay, areas to avoid, etc., is always appreciated
