Submitting A Review

Do you have to be a premium member to review a provider? If not, is there a link on how to submit a review?

Pretty easy. No you don't need premium access, doing reviews gives you the access. Click independent provider reviews, then click new review. Fill in the blanks. In the ROS, tell what happened after you paid the cash.
