Hotels/Motels vs Permanent Incalls.

I've always pondered incall type and locations since I started. To me there can be pros and cons for both. First, it all depends on neighborhood for me. Hotels can be good because "they" can't monitor them from outside but it's better if they have alternate entries so the front desk staff doesn't give you funny looks going in and out. Motels kinda feel like everyone is watching you go in and out of a specific room especially depending on how much other traffic has been there. Permanent incalls are more UTR than the hotels but that can depend on how nosey the neighbors are. Thoughts?
Hotels - Depends on the type, some have easy access (no locking doors at night), while others do lock doors and force you to get buzzed in (or have a key) some guys have trouble walking past a front desk. Ideal for a touring lady.

Motels, usually have exterior entrance, easily monitored from the outside, but also tend to be cheaper rate for the room.

Permanent Incall - depends on the area, and as mentioned nosy neighbors, but even then it depends on volume of traffic. A residence is a long term investment for a provider (even renting monthly) but can give LEOs a big clue as to what is going on there.

I had a private incall for a year and I loved it. It was much more comfortable and convenient as apposed to being in a hotel room. I do too much traveling now to have a private incall but once I settle some and stop traveling as much I will most likely go back to using a private incall.

I love the idea of a private incall for comfortability and convenience. I have a lot of outfits, shoes, and I'm a product junkie with makeup etc so the ability to leave that all in one place vs packing and hauling it around is a big plus in my eyes.

But as you said, every option has it pros and cons. I had 2 private incalls over the years, the first being my own didn't work out due to nosey neighbors and the second being one I shared with Amber Does, worked for awhile but eventually fell through when the building sold.

Thought about trying to find another but it's a challenge with all things considered - location, entrance, general condition of the place, price etc etc.

And I could go on and on about the differences between hotel/motel. To keep it simple, imo it comes down to common sense and how a provider uses one or the other. Neither are 100% safe. I use both depending on my needs for that particular day/trip etc

TorriStar, I second your opinion. I like wk'g from my private location. There definitely is a comfort in the cleanliness and the atmosphere as opposed to hotels.... Dorothy Gale said it best in the Wizard of Oz "There's no place like home"!!!! I'm clicking my Rubie red pumps now.... lol

There are several providers on here who have a permanent motel room on reserve. I'm sure it's an added cost, but with them, you always know where your next date with them will be.

They have all of their stuff there, and they don't have to pack up and leave at check out time.

I'm sure when someone rents a motel room on a monthly basis, the rate is different than the advertised daily rate. So, it may work out cheaper that way.

I use all 3. Hobby Apts are great if you travel to a place multiple times a month. I miss my place in Pittsburgh. My schedule doesn't allow trips back and forth from there as frequently so I started using hotels there again. I saved money having an apt there.
I used to do incall at Red Roof Inn. It ran about $75-80/night. To have the room monthly it ended up being a little over $50/day. If you see clients everyday it's not bad, but I've never seen enough people to make it worth having a permanent Incall.

I don't stay in motels anymore. I only stay in hotel rooms now. I would love to have a permanent incall but it just doesn't make sense logistically.

Well touring I try to stay in mid-range or better and of course larger the better hotels BUT I've taken interest in renting residential type incalls as well.
I know you have to be ultra careful with sites airbnb, homeaway, vrbo etc but they're great when you don't want to do hotels.
I'm not into airbnb even in my personal life but I would never use it to hobby. Maybe a posh condo for a sugar date where there will only be two people inhabiting it. But if I can't have a permanent incall I prefer hotels.
