Well this was interesting...
"In 2014 and 2015, no one was found guilty of buying sexual relations by the city of Wichita."
That's not to say no one was charged in sedgwick county court that's just Municipal Court... but still... As usual they are focused on busting the girls, much lower hanging fruit. Meh.
Just an interesting stat, don't use it to let your guard down hobbyists.
