I am planning a trip there this week and so far I haven't had one message of interest..So I guess my question is should I even stop in DSM this week? Let me know so I can figure out what I am gonna do
Yea I think it is summertime so it is slower than normal...coupled with all the "shit been goin down" lately!!! ........ I am headed that way soon with just a couple interested prebooks.
Sometimes I don't get a ton of interest with prebooking but once i'm actually in town it's a different story. In my experience it has worked out for me to take the chance and go ahead and make the trip, so you never know. It also helps to have regulars when visiting. Des Moines is a great place and there are some awesome guys there. I hope it works out for you if you decide to stop by.
I second what lariyah said....I never get jack for Pre-booking but when I get there it's like the bat signal goes off and they all know I arrived lol. I've found it always works out but yes it's definitely scary to commit to a tour when you don't know how it will turn out!! Hope it works out for you! 😘
Pre booking rarely happens anywhere. But DSM isn't really a big enough city for all the discussion about money and appts. I would never visit any city with this few people.

Smaller towns are a good way to build regulars as well. To each their own though- I enjoy the big cities as well fun wise but I definitely do better here in little ol small Iowa and Illinois- the guys in small towns have green money too
I love small towns too because alot of girls never stop in them so when someone does stop in them they are usually excited and book up fast...well thats what I have experienced anyways lol...I will see how DSM treats me this time thru Thanks ladies for all the great advise
D.C. is a little too far for me to go tour on a gamble. I'm a person that is used to some pre-books before I hit the road. The pre-books for DSM are hit or miss but when I did finally make a visit it was awesome sauce. My 1st attempt there was good interest but no one was attempting to make a solid pre-book so I didn't go but my 2nd attempt (and 1st official trip) I got a few pre-books along with some bookings that came when I got in town so that was a great trip. I'll see how my 3rd attempt and hopefully 2nd official trip goes soon enough....don't plan on visiting until mid-Fall though.
Along with my DSM ads i'd try to include CR or Dubuque but nothing from those stuck either ... so I kind of have a high preference for DSM/WDSM but haven't ruled out CR or Dubuque just yet.
I just did REALLY well in Cedar rapidspeoria/Davenport......I was halfway prebooked before I started tour........I even had a waiting list in peoria!.....Des Moines I only saw one sweet gent who was a repeat friend.
