Mark all forums read link...

On the main page, all the way at the bottom, there is a link to mark all forums read. I rarely leave the San Antonio forums, but if I want to mark all as read, I have to go out to the main page to do it. Any chance that link could be added to all pages?

Is there a better way to bring this to the admins attention?
