Argh! Who is she?

She had an ad up the other day on Friday, July 29th, and I downloaded these photos from her ad and I thought I bookmarked it.

I can't find her ad in my bookmarks and I can't remember her Eccie Handle.

I am not sure if it was a welcome ad or a provider ad.

Does she look familiar to anyone?
