I had this issue as well, once from mobile device (going to full site) and once from computer. I had to use m.eccie.net, which is an inferior experience. Come on, man!

Here's the basis for reducing stress.
Once you are successfully logged in, do not log out unless your hardware has a security issue meaning you don't want your account compromised. In that case, logging out AND clearing your browser history is recommended.
Otherwise, the new log in function is almost always at the very top right hand side of the screen. immediately beneath the top displays.
Chrome browser seems to give the better views, while Firefox and Safari and IE 9 (I don't have access to 10) are somewhat less brightly lit.
