You will get a message from the moderator granting access or letting you know what you need to update in your review to be granted access.

Looks like you got your PA credit. Just so you all know. These things sometimes take a little time. It isn't automatic so a MOD has to manually approve/disapprove the review and you'll get notification. Thanks for your review and participation on Eccie.

You should always be able to see your ROS. Now if you no longer have PA credit you won't be able to see anyone else ROS. You get 6 weeks of PA credit for all approved reviews.
