Bng what is involved?

Sure this has been asked but im curious to know what happens during a bng session?

I use frozen biscuits, they're cheap and easy. Sausage fried up nice, flour til it's almost gooey, then milk to thin it out. Some people use coffee grounds, pepper, hot sauce.
