Permian Basin International Oil Show

Thinking about visiting in October during this time. What is the town like during this time? Is there an increase in LE? I will post in the ad section once I confirm my visit.

I've never seen any kind of increase in le for the oil show.

The only thing I've ever noticed, is the hotels rates go sky high.

A couple years ago, the average 3 star was over $200 a night.

You had to book and pay in advance with no cancellations allowed.

I've gotten to where I take my RV.

With oil down, I don't know what the activity will be like.

Start looking for hotel rooms now. In the past......before we had such an explosion of new hotels, rooms were virtually impossible to get. The last two oil shows, I've had out of town co-workers stay at my home because no room were available.

Why not open up to providers? You could post it as "Nookie Nightie", or "Old Boars Nest", or "Happy Hookers Haven". I could play the piano in the whore house, have a ball (or two), and get rich! What an idea!

I was really hoping to see a bunch of providers come to town...
