Calling Providers that are UTR

What is the forum opinion on calling providers that do not advertise. Their are a few ladies that I have interest in that
where reviewed on here awhile ago. Would it be advisable to
call them? Might be kinda awkward.

There's a possibility that number could be in the hands of a civvy, maybe someone underage.
What could go wrong??
