Very irritated and not really understanding why I have not been verified yet. I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE STEPS. I have sent in all of the needed info. WHY WHY WHY

Verified Provider Status is not automatically bestowed on a Profile.
Verified Provider is an Upgraded Account Status that must be requested by the Provider.
A review of your account shows that you have completed the Age Verification Process.
You have 4 reviews at last count.
If you were to forward your request with the appropriate information to one of the Arkansas Moderators.
Upgrading your account to Verified Provider Status should happen fairly quickly.
