Room For Rent - Provider or Hobbyist

I have a room for rent with a private bathroom in my two bedroom apartment. If a provider is interested, you will have to be strictly outcalls only, as I offer incalls only and too much traffic is indiscrete.

If a hobbyist is interested, that's fine too, but understand that this would be a strictly rental situation with no "benefits".

I qualify for this place on my own, so your income verification won't matter much to the leasing office, but you will need to be on the lease. A clean background is required (no felonies EVER).

I'm a friendly sort, and easy to get along with as long as mutual respect is in place. I already have pets, so you wouldn't be able to. Cigarette smoking is outside only, vaping can be inside. No drugs! Yes that includes pot. I don't have anything against weed personally, but what we do is risky enough. I don't want the added risk.

I am not looking for someone to do doubles with with this arrangement. Just someone who can be respectful, clean, pay their share on time, and not pry into or share details about my personal life without my consent. PLEASE do not waste my time if you aren't serious!
