Doesn't she have HIV? That's what I recall about her.
She does look a bit like Mariah Carey.
What's sad is, Mariah is loaded and yet none of that goes to helping her sister out. I mean, there's got to be something she could do. It's a catch-22 for Mariah, I'm sure. If she gives and the sister takes, spends all of it on heroine, and then overdoses and dies, it's on Mariah's conscience.
