What does "Open Minded" mean?

Seen a few recent references to "full menu" & "open minded" - with respect to the hobby are these terms not redundant? Is that a reassurance of not passing judgment or something? I don't get it....

It means they want you to make an appointment believing you will be able to fulfill whatever fucked up fantasy you have in your head. Their not-so-well-hidden secret is that it will cost you an upcharge, and that is if she will do it at all. Most likely she'll hurry you out after an unenthusiastic covered knobber, trusting that once you show up you'll be too horny to care.

"Open-minded" is too damned nebulous. "Full menu" usually means full service and not just limited to FBSM and BBBJ. Better a provider just spell out her willingness to do fetishes, or list what she offers that isn't considered traditional GFE (like Greek, PSE, DT), and be done with it.
