How about some recommendations regarding a few locally (chef?) owned restaurants with an outstanding menu and a nice bar area in El Paso? Pretty please and thank you.

If you can get over to the westside, the food here is amazing. The places at Monticillo and even the more Mom & Pop places.

There are two awesome restaurants in the Indigo Hotel downtown. The Downtowner restaurant is a must.

I know where you can get the best Tube Steak in town..
