DVDA - is it possible?

I was watching the movie "Orgazmo" the other day, and one of the characters is a porn actress that does DVDA - or double vaginal double anal at the same time. My question is - is this physically possible? And if so, how does everyone arrange themselves? Does everyone involved have to be a contortionist? And is there a video clip somewhere?

I personally don't care for my balls slamming or smushed with another or multiple sets of balls. But if this is possible, I think it would look like a whole bunch of balls rubbing together and not much visual of the lady but, I'm sure you can find it on pornhub somewhere. Lol.
