Using P411

Hi all...

Now that I've moved back into the vicinity of some excellent providers, I have a simple questions, maybe providers can answer it the best.

I do have a P411 account but have yet to use it. Earlier in this week I sent a P411 provider an appointment request via my P411 account but never got a response. I noted that she had not logged into her account since Friday the ninth, before my request.

So does a provider need to log into their account to see a request or are they notified otherwise......email.....text. ....carrier pigeon?

Just curious how it works from the providers end and am I sending requests to some escorting black hole

When a gent sends an appt request via P411 providers do get an email from P411 saying they have appt request. However, those emails to P411 may go to the spam folder sometimes.
I would suggest contacting the provider via her email or phone if a number is listed.
It could be that she does not log-in to P411 daily to see the appt request.

I used to love P411 because it was easy to book an appt and you didn't have to go through hoops to get verified.

to answer your question if a provider hasn't signed in for a while then that isn't someone you should get your hopes up to see. not saying it can't happen but she probably has temporarily retired or got pregnant or has a bf or whatever it might be. it would be like going on a dating site and messaging a person who hasn't logged in for 3 months.

so your best bet is messaging them if you see them active in the past week at most for best chances. I have always found the more active providers were checking in frequently. I also have done the previous suggestion where I have messaged them here if i noticed them active, and then simply gave them my P411 info so they could check.

All good advise.

I usually hate to hijack threads, but my question is to the ladies. I've had 4 ok's in about 5-6 years. I don't travel too much. How do you handle the long stretches in a history on the client side?

I'm sort of in the same boat as I haven't seen anyone in 6 years while I was in another state in a rural area. I did get verified by a previously seen provider when I got a DC account. I think with that and a work verification is how I got the P411 but have yet to use it since moving back to civilization a few weeks ago.

I think the providers I'm interested mostly use BP for their ads but are on P411 and reviews on TOB. I know they're reputable but not on ECCIE. Guess it's time for an old fashioned phone call lol

I will throw my 0.02 in. When I first joined P41! it was still a "chore" to get the first couple OKs ( can't be too careful) ,but after the first couple OKs ,it is a breeze to get screened.

If someone has one recent OK by a well established provider then I give that a lot of weight though. If it's a lot of providers I've never heard of or who have little internet presence, I can't feel as confident about those.
