So I like to make my trademark in a new city and eat somewhere I havent eaten before. I don't like to go to chains (el chico, chilies, ect) the locals usually know the BEST places to eat. I LOOOOVVVEEEE mexican food... considering that I am half Mexican :-) Take your best shot. Im in need of good food.
My friend keeps telling me Chachos ( she LOOOVVVEESSSS it, but I would rather hear from the people who live here)

Don't go to Chachos. It's too much like fast food. Try Blanco Cafe or Tomatillos just south of downtown.

Pretty much what many of us are trying to say is, go to any Mexican food restaurant that doesn't have a drive thru window and you'll love it
