Unable to complete New Review
I've tried several times now, when I try to do a New Review of a provider, it kicks me out and says I have the wrong password, and I'm locked out for 15 minutes. Anyone else have this problem?
Same here. I tried in all Dallas forums, different browsers, and modes.
As a work around we can post a new thread and will have to just copy and paste.
It doesn't give me the option to write a review. Do I have to go Premium to write reviews?
No, you don't have be PA to post a review.
But you do need to make sure you are properly logged into the site, including checking the "remember me" and "accept TOS" buttons.
All of the above said, there have been some scattered reports of log in issues a week or two ago.
So if that is the case, make sure you are manually logging in, not using a "favorite" or a browser in which your log-in data is stored.
Make sure your browser doesn't log you off automatically; e.g., you allow the site to place a cookie (remember me) in your computer/browser which allows you to come back with automatic log-in.
