Devi Le Fay Mind Body and Soul Massage 10 indictments
Shows again how no one should ever offer sex for money - massage parlors all over the Valley are being hit hard as well as some escorts.
All part of the "pretend victim" industry with major grants to LE with the mindset that no women would offer a dangerous even just a handjob unless forced into such a horrific act and therefore must be a victim, even if denies it.
Update - original arrest was 9/13 and now a supervening indictment on 9/21/2016
All consenting adults
The usual criminal enterprise and prostitution related felony charges for period 12/1/2015 and 9/3/216 for:
Xenia
Tiana aka "Sasha"
Cruz aka "Jenny"
Mayra aka "Lizzie"
Bernice
Virginia
Martha
Cristal
PLUS 3 more indicted but not yet found to be arrested from records seized during the raid. Locations: 12633 Cave Creek Road, 2647 W Glendale, 7380 N 27th Ave and 12416 N 28th Dr.
Xenia also charged with felony pandering since she was the manager of the Cave Creek Road location and interviewed the usual undercover female vice cop on 4/13/2016 "to live a life of prostitution." She explained to the UC (Undercover) she didn't need a massage license, she should supply her own condoms, and the house got $40 for the first client of a shift and $30 thereafter. UC asked if she could do hand job and anal. Xenia said UC could do whatever she wanted just not talk about it.
Very long probably cause statement giving details of each offer for sex with many different male UC's
Does note on one occasion UC with Cruz was not able to get an agreement of sex for a fee. However, she was still charged with 3 felonies and 3 misdemeanors. I just scanned the long police report and she may have offered to other UC's.
The only hope for in private consenting adults rights is the challenge to the prostitution law now before the 9th Circuit Appeals Court case No. 16-15927 EROTIC SERVICE PROVIDER LEGAL EDUCATION & RESEARCH PROJECT, ET AL., v. GEORGE GASCON, ET AL. Good earlier background discussion of the case is at http://coyoteri.org/wp/what-is-esplerp-v-gascon/ On 9/30/2016 a 58 page Appellants Brief filed which is the key to start the case at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The challenge is to the California prostitution law which is almost the same as Arizona and many other states.
