Appeal Brief Filed 9/30/2016 at 9th Circuit challenging the prostitution law.
I have the 58 page brief from Pacer at: http://phxlist.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=18933
California Attorney General and other District Attorney defendants have until October 31, 2016 to file their reply brief.
The only hope for in private consenting adults rights is the challenge to the prostitution law now before the 9th Circuit Appeals Court case No. 16-15927 EROTIC SERVICE PROVIDER LEGAL EDUCATION & RESEARCH PROJECT, (ESPLER) ET AL., v. GEORGE GASCON, ET AL. Good earlier background discussion of the case is at http://coyoteri.org/wp/what-is-esplerp-v-gascon/
The Appellants Brief is the key to start the case at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. The challenge is to the California prostitution law which is almost the same as Arizona and many other states.
Very notable attorneys are fighting for consenting adult rights for ESPLER. Legal fees are sought by donations.
Espler Project is at http://esplerp.org/ with a huge amount of information.
