Both Cops Resign After Body Cam Footage Is Released

Now this guy will go off get another job and practice his hate in another city. Once he verified the guy lived there he should have moved on. The fact he refused to verify with other neighbors after the guy asked him to is a clear sign he had very bad intentions. Had this been a white guy this never happens.

In this case the police union is angry with the City Council for (doing the right thing and) releasing the video. Both cops resigned before a disciplinary hearing could be conducted. The lady cop was an idiot but likely less culpable, however, the white male cop was out from the very start to start some shit with this guy. The cop avoided prosecution as the DA decided not to pursue it because they claimed they didn't want to rehash the evidence.

Some of these cops (by and large) may be practicing their hate on us blacks now but soon it will be you guys. You Trump supporters shouldn't be enjoying this violation of human and civil rights with such glee, as it's nothing but a foreshadowing of greater things to come for all citizens.



I hope he has a good lawyer and file civil rights abuse suit and anything else he can sue for. I also think the justice dept should investigate as a hate crime by the cops. Good thing they didn't execute this dude.

This is a classic example of how a suspect will try to evade the Police by lying and the Officers on the scene didn't fall for it. The Officers had a legal right to be on the premises investigating a crime in progress, possibly a Burglary. The first lie this idiot told was he was trying to check to see if his dog was in the garage. It's obvious no dog was on or ever had been on the premises. If the suspect had a legal right to be on the premises he wouldn't need a shovel to pry open the garage door to make entry into the house. The Officers were cordial and acted professional towards the suspect. Everything went quite smooth until the suspect became nervous as the officer continued asking questions. All in all the officers established probable cause to arrest the suspect, and used reasonable force to affect an arrest.

These Officers did just fine up until they Hogged Tied the suspect, which is most likely against their Departmental Rules and Regulations. But that's not what you are concerned with. You are only concerned with the fact that it's a Black suspect and White Officers any other combination you never would have posted this. This country is severely divided racially, spiritually and politically. In order for America to truly be a great country those things need to be brought into perspective. They won't because too many people in America are too busy pointing the finger at everyone else.

But sometimes racial bigotry and biases DO exist and some bad police DO go after Blacks and others because they are Black. When that happens it does need to be condemned.

Unfortunately few on here acknowledge that "their guys" ever do wrong. In this case the cops were wrong. What "perspective" would you put on this case?
