Lack of gals advertising?
Lack of new blood/traveling girls?
Lack of variety?

At one time there were many Dallas/Fort Worth gals who would travel to SA but due to the large amount of NCNS, hagglers, and when gals would have many guys pre-book, then back out after arriving, the SA mongers kind of shot themselves in the foot.

It's San Antonio. Smallest fish pond out there. Unlike the other Texas cities with many ladies new and established. There's a few reasons I've read that keep ladies from sticking around. Unfortunately SA has a bad rep for bbfs, low prebooked appointments, and ncns from hobbyists. A few traveling ladies have told me that when they told me they wouldn't come here, mostly due to no appointments set and guys canceling after they get here.

Best thing you can do is venture out to other cities and request the girls tour here. Find ones you like and send a pm. Had luck with a few already. Never know.
