Oxymoronic BP ads

More and more I'm seeing the phrase "...slim thick..." on BP ads.
Can someone explain to me exactly what this is supposed to mean?

Slim on top....big booty and/or hips

Slim but thick in the head?

Small waist, big hips & booty. Used to be called "Hourglass".

I would stay away from all of them that mention thick.
