Is it ok to walk out

When you finally meet a provider and it is not the same (not little different), but way far from what was posted, what do you do? is it ok to cancel? what about donation? Any suggestions or experience like that?

You said, "but way far from what was posted," yes it's ok to leave and tipping her twenty bucks for her trouble is absurd. If the provider is intentionally deceiving clients, don't give her a dime.
If there is a slight difference and it's still a deal breaker for you, then perhaps a twenty for her trouble is indeed in order. But if things are "way far off" like you asked, you are under no obligation to see her, nor do you owe her a dime. On the other hand, I've had providers scream and cuss at me for everything I was worth as i left, but oh well.

If possible, the classy thing to do is to leave a partial donation, say 20%.

Safety is everything (for both parties). If anything is too sketchy, like she lied about who she is) I'd BOLT.
Yes It Is.

I always ask the client upon his arrival
Is everything alright w/me and If he'd like to opt out
and leave or stay.
I've never had anyone turn around and walk out
although I've had a cancellation before because he thought my
labia was to big

I do not expect a cancellation fee If you opt out

Taint deception should be criminal ...
Taint that right
I've never had anyone walk out on me, however, I have ended many a session due to issues from the gent and other assorted malarky.

I have no qualms about doing this, if someone is acting out of turn or otherwise making me uncomfortable, so I would agree that the gent has the same right.

If you get there and it's not gelling for you, just be polite, say it's not what you were expecting and leave.
.....

What SP and VH said. As I welcome a gentleman and fix him a beverage, I try to make it a point of asking if I'm what he expected or wanted.

I remind most fellows via PM/email before they even show up that I'm an older BBW, especially if I see reviews of ladies far from my body type and age bracket. A few seemed to have gotten a wee bit irritated, took it that I was questioning their choice or their ability to read my Showcase. Not at all. I'd rather be repetitively positive that clients know exactly what they are getting up front than risk disappointment.

In 10 years I've never had anybody decline after arrival.

I have refused to carry on with sessions when guys (NOT gentleman) started pressuring me for things I don't offer (and have clearly stated thus in my profile), or if they became aggressive to the point of abusive (I'm a friendly, affectionate GFE, not your submissive porn slut slave fantasy), and under those circumstances I have kept every danged dollar. Not my fault if they didn't read the instructions that came with their toy.

If I were a hussy hunter and I showed up and the lady opening the door completely misrepresented herself, I'd immediately walk without leaving a dime. The provider has no right to expect anything else if she is being openly dishonest. Some gents need to dispel with the lazy, "Oh, well, I'm already here," attitude and not let themselves be taken advantage of!
