Looks like Freaknik is trying to make a revival

I never got the chance to go back in the day (early to mid 1990's) as I was too young plus broker than a muthafucker back then but I hear promoters in the ATL are trying to revive it going forward. This year was cancelled due to security and Black Lives Matter concerns.However, I think it will be officially back on for next year. I won't be there but just an FYI for those who remember it with fondness. ;-)

I unintentionally went to a Kappa Beach Party in Galveston...

Kappa beach party was incredibly fun, just jacked up hotel room rates and it was a pain driving anywhere. Traffic at a virtual stand still, but in its heyday alot of fun.

With the exception of Freaknik I've been to many Spring break and Fraternity parties and judging from what I saw Freaknik likely didnt have shit on these parties. Especially the white spring break parties.
