What is the cut of beef brisket called
with the fat?
Fatty brisket???
I do not care for lean beef brisket.
I like to eat my brisket like i eat
my steak,
with the fat!
Everytime i try explaining it at a
restaurant they have no clue what i'm talking about.
They all think brisket is all the same.
Isn't there different cuts of it?
Who knows meat? Help me please and thanks
