Help!!

How do I change my avatar? I have had the same one for almost a year now and i really want to change it but cant figure out how..

1. Click on the big ECCIE word on the far upper left hand corner.
2. Scroll down to User CP and click it
3. Click Edit Avatar
4. Click one of the avatars or click on browse to find a stored avatar
5. Click save changes
