How to get two references?

Hello all, i am new hobbyist here. I am trying to find a provider but everyone is asking for references. I have not seen anyone from here. so how do i approach and ask the provider.thanks

Yes...many will entertain alternative verification methods....you just have to ask if they will accept them....many providers will offer newbie friendly opportunities, usually in their showcase...do the research
