Your efforts on your ads indicate to me that you are likely to put forward more effort on our time together. Professionals take all that they do seriously.
I loathe seeing a girl copy/paste her backpage ad, complete with shitty characters that they think works for some reason to make their ad stand out. That will usually draw me away from an ad.
If a provider writes a novel, which probably takes a lot of effort, also a waste of time and I won't bother reading it.
I prefer a clean ad with good information. Rates, upcoming specials, times they'll be in town if they're not local, and pictures. I'm lazy half the time when I'm on here since I work a LOT, so I don't really feel like taking the extra effort to go clicking on showcases when I just want a quick summary.
Clean, informative, straight to the point. Great ad.

This is the kind of things I have done the last couple of weeks. It takes a lot of time to produce, but I love being able to use my creative side. If it helps, then I will continue it. If not, then there are other things I can focus on.
I really like it when providers take the time to make good ads - I don't need all the glitter and glam so I would say the big billboard-y like ads are overkill for me, but.
Fresh copy is a plus. Seeing ads that have last week's or months travel dates in them tells me they aren't on their game or a manager may be cutting and pasting. Links are our friends and posting them to reviews and profiles is a great way to leave no questions unanswered. We all have out things in this hobby (I read a lot of cbj concerns, it's a deal breaker for some) so the ad should address them all. Especially for the folks that may be entertaining seeing you for the first time.
Also, Fresh images/pictures are a nice touch. All too often you see ads/profiles that have images that you can google search and find were taken years ago. Makes me wonder who I will be seeing. I know I don't look the same as I did 3 years ago - I age with time. I really like the ads where providers have taken the time to post a recent selfie so I can take a look and if my spidey sense tingle then when the door opens there is no let down.
