I'm A Bit Confused

I had contacted multiple moderators to link a review to my profile but I guess that's an impossible request to get a response to so I guess the review will never get linked to my profile. That's really upsetting to me since I have just came back to the business not too long ago and it could really help me out a lot.

If your name is listed on the review it will be assigned. We will get to it, there are a lot of reviews
