Testosterone?

I am getting older, which is better than the alternative, but lately my workouts have gotten more difficult and I feel lazy. I see all the adds but am curious if any of you have gone to a supplement or event the low t center? If so was it helpful? Side effects? Good and bad. Thanks!

I go to anti-aging clinic#214 265 8300 tell them i sent u an i have been with them for about 3yrs. Its very safe because they will test u to make sure u don"t have anything that might interfere with the T so its very safe an if u are good to go it will triple your energy, sex drive, an sex performance. I'm 76 an i can go two times in an hour an am horny all the time. Its great!

My internist has checked mine and found it to be periodically borderline low. Tried supplements --patches and gels. Didn't notice any real difference even when serum levels were back up. Had modest, but annoying side effect of topical rashes. Just quit taking supplements since I didn't feel any different. Levels have remained mostly in low normal and occasionally very high abnormal range. Supplements didn't do a thing for me.
Seek a urologist....if you are borderline they can recommend injections (weekly) in office or self injection. There is another option where the implant a small pellet about every 3 - 6 months via a small incision. Getting your T levels up to where they should be makes many things in your life better....
Thanks, I will so some more homework!

Definitely go get blood work done. They can test for testosterone and estradiol levels. Also, if you smoke, quit. If you are overweight, start eating better. Keep up the exercise.

Testofen 300mg twice a day. Tribulus 600mg saponins twice per day to free bound T. Swanson drug. My T level is at a porn star level.

I have heard that ingesting Testosterone is bad for the liver. That is why injections and pellets are safer. Any truth to that?
As I understand it yes. It is all in how it is metabolized... TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) places it where it can be absorbed via large muscle groups (Glutes, Quads) into the bloodstream.

A competent urologist can handle this, and will want you to comeback periodically so he can keep an eye on your levels.
