Something Positive

I've noticed there's a lot of arguing & negativity on the boards, & if you're like me, you don't feel like this is the time of year for that! The holidays are coming up & I think everyone should be happy & giving off positive vibes. So I thought I would post something to kind of change the mood of everything.

Every New Year, I make a couple of achievable resolutions. I feel like I should achieve more than I did the year before & become better every year (physically & mentally). In 2017, I want to completely redecorate & paint the inside of my new house, take some college classes to learn how to micro blade, pay my new car off, take a vacation & visit the beach with my kiddo & lay off so many sweets & fatty stuff, lord knows I love food lol!

I'm always curious to hear what kind of goals people have set for their New Year's resolutions! What are yours?

Haha, I agree. Sometimes the board gets overrun with negativity. I don't post much and I never will in those situations.

Well you all know the tried and true ones, like join a gym a actually go, lose weight, and quit smoking again. But the one i hope to accomplish the most is to payoff one daughters student loan and repay my other daughter for all she spent putting her self through school. Oh and eat ugh meet several of you lovely ladies in the new year. Kat you and Candice or on my short list.

While I will not call it a resolution as they are meant to be broken, I definitely want to get down to 200 lbs. 45 down, 15 to go!

with some of the ladies I have been lucky enough to meet one resolution is to get in better shape - feel I can't be too hard on the eyes for you lovely ladies - so get in better shape...

and I want my short list to be actually short - so many ladies I want to see that one resolution is to work harder and make a little more coin so I can get to getting to it!

My goals for this year:

1) Average 10 sessions a week. Losing weight to get in shape and having the twins kicked in the butt so they will stand up and take notice instead of trying to hide everything that gets near them...Wait that is a good thing, I might want to rethink the twin thing...LOL

2) Have a successful year as a home school teacher. We are foster parents, so home school is easier than public and jumping them in and out of school on a short term basis.

3) Finally have a FAMILY vacation with all the kids. Our adult children as well.

4) Complete 10 quilts this year. Most are queen size and super warm. I make them by order for anyone wanting one.

5) Make at least 5 new female friends. I don't normally get along with women, so this is the tough one.

Not a lot, just something to work toward.

Lol, I don't work out or anything (which you can tell if you look at my midsection, it's not toned) but I appreciate all those who think my body is nice. Like I've said before, I've gained weight within the past year, but weight gain for me is a good sign. It means I'm happy

I'm hitting beach cottages san diego next month,,, warm weather year round must attract the hotties
My goal this upcoming here is to get my remodeling done and maybe shave my beard after I lose this holiday weight
(its been the holidays since mid october when I started buying halloween candy)
