Haggling

I'm sure this has been brought up before and I'm sure there aren't many gents on eccie that aren't smart enough to realize this.....

I don't see the difference in a hobbyist trying to haggle a lower rate and a provider trying to upsell. Neither is appropriate. Hobbyists and providers should have a mutual respect for one another. If you think an hourly rate is too high, find another provider. Ladies, deliver what you advertise. Simple, right?

Sounds simple enough. I know I personally have never asked a lady to lower her rate. I have inquired if they do half hours, but only if I know I don't have time for the full hour. I respect what you ladies do, and hope y'all appreciate the bussiness. There is nothing worse than someone trying to upsell you during the session. I guess that would be like asking for some of the money back in the middle of the session. Really doesn't add to the moment either way.

At risk to my well being I will make a comment. I have been accused of haggling when I just inquire what the rate is. I do this when there is a different rate posted on bp and the girl's web page, and in other ads posted.

I have also been accused of haggling when I find the rate for the service to be out of line and decline to make a date. The girl asks me why and when I answer, I'm thought to be haggling.

I find haggling distasteful and I don't do it. Sometimes, it just doesn't work.
