WHAT IS THE STAFF ROOM?

I googled a backpage ad and a link to eccie showed up, but it is inaccessible to me. It is in "The Staff Room". Please explain what it is and why I cannot see it as I have full membership.

I'm guessing that the link you mentioned was probably a review of a Spa that is a Licensed Massage Establishment. Those reviews are not permitted to remain in view but are instead pulled to a staff area.
