Curious choice of weapon. Scattershooting.....wonder if the "contaminated projectile" was retrieved and taken in as evidence & subsequently tested for "a-deadly-sexually-transmitted-disease-that-shall-go-unnamed-in-case-I-am-in-violation-of-an-Icky-policy-I'm-unaware-of"? Should that be the case, what crime would she be charged with then?

good question.. I remember a case years ago, where someone threw contaminated blood at someone, and that person was charged with attempted murder.. that was absurd, and the charges dropped.. I don't recall if another charge was brought up.
