A practical discussion

I have tried so many different ways to keep my bed and comforter clean and free of greasy lube stains and other liquids.it costs a lot to take comforter in for cleaning. Sheet on top soaks thru. Do they make disposable sheets with protective side? Like a giant pantiliner? Lol. Would love ideas! Men too have seen any cool ideas?

I haven't tried it, but maybe look into sheets or products for people who bed wet? Could be effective at helping keep stains at bay.

I use a plastic mattress cover and then cover that with a thin mattress pad and my sheet. I throw my comforter completely off my bed and use a lighter blanket that is easy to wash to cover up with a client if we actually cover up. My comforter is just for looks and nothing else.

I have a thick plastic yoga mat that I use for my fbsm and oily body slides....I put a towel on it for comfort.....keeps blankets clean & dry and I can wash it in the tub afterwards to remove any oil.And it is eaqsy to roll up & carry with me.

If you're looking for something to use for body slide work and things of that nature, I use my massage table, a twin size plastic sheet for bed Wetters, and a fitted sheet for my massage table. It is extra laundry but lighter weight laundry so fewer loads

Rubber fitted sheets or pvc bedding is great (think Exxxtreme sheets or Playsheets by 'Nasty Pig').
