Texas Rangers Fans

I have tried watching the Rangers pre season on TV; the new TV game announcer James Rhadigan sucks.

I don't think I can make it though the season watching the Rangers on TV.

I miss Josh Lewin!

Is is James or John? But I totally agree!

I guess I am just used to hearing him on the ticket, he doesn't seem to bad to me. I didn't consider the other guy that good though. I grew up listening to Vin Scully and "Oh Doctor, you can hang a star on that one" Jerry Coleman so very few compare.

When Chick Hearn passed it was hard to listen to Laker games but anyone following the great Chick Hearn was going to pale in comparison. Not very often do you have someone of the quality of Joe Buck replacing the legend that was his father.

The new guy is horrible. I always that that Lewin was much, much better than most regional network announcers. The new guy sounds like a bat HS PA man.

Josh Lewin was much better than Radigan. Mark Mclemore would have been a much better choice.

Josh Lewin irritated me at first because he was so goofy sounding. but he grows on you. liked him better than the generic Radigan. he's better doing his old studio job.

I wish Dallas had a voice like Scully, Allen, or one of the other greats.

I was starting to like Josh Lewin and then they can his ass. John Radigan is not terrible but he is very raw when it comes to calling games and I hope he grows into it by the end of the year. His new home run call is "saddle up baseball, you're going for a ride!"

Lewin was horrible to stàrt, but grew to be OK with him. Rad is terrible now but will most likely grow to be OK with him too. I don't know if they get better as announcers or if we just get used to them? Either way, skipping Ranger games aint an option!

The Rangers are not even my favorite team, but I still tuned in for at least the 9th inning so I could hear Josh yell "BALLGAME!" at the last out of a Rangers win. Hell, I liked it so much I started yelling it when I bust a nut. Not many girls like that. Kinda like baseball itself.

Lewin Rules!! Radigan will get better with time I'm sure. He's new. I was at OPENING DAY!!! YES!!!
