Private residence or Upscale hotel?

Which do you prefer? Personally I prefer a private residence. Feels a little safer to me. If the provider doesn't work from a private residence, the extra outcall fee is worth it to me for my peace of mind. Anyone else care to share thoughts?
Private residence only for me. No hotels. If a provider has a good business she can afford a hobby apartment if she wishes to do so, though most of the ladies I see/have seen appear to be using their own living quarters (house/apt/etc)

Private in calls are amazing to have. For touring providers they are just not an option. I know there are sites like airbnb for me the unknown using such sites is to great vs an upscale hotel.

Research will show you that private incalls can be far more shady than a nice hotel. And vice versa. And everywhere in between.

There are pros and cons to each for sure.

Bottom line, you go where you need to go as smartly as you can to hobby safe and have fun, then exit the HW back to your RW as if you were never there.

I like private incalls. Avoid the walk of shame and also adds to the gf fantasy going to their place.

either is fine, it's up to me to do my research. Shitty providers work out of both.

Depends on mood. I sometimes rent private residential incalls either from other providers (if it's not their home) or thru airbnb/vrbo/homeaway but I will also book at large(er) mid-range to high(er)-end hotels too.

I've used both and my preference is private. I've used hotels & just don't like the uncomfortable feeling
Whenever I'm on tour, it's very unlikely that I'll use any other space besides a hotel. With thorough research, finding an upscale hotel in a safe and centrally located area is a breeze. Sometimes I like to book 4 or 4.5 star accommodations when I'm in the mood to treat myself. Either way, I'll only host a friend at a property that is 3+ stars.

In my experience, location is important, but appearance is a major factor. If the house/apartment is a dump, I'm not coming back.

I have met providers with serious skills that had a bunch of kids stuff on the way to the bedroom (toys, disposable baby stuff, etc.), and once the girls boyfriend was watching TV when I went to the bedroom - when we got in there, he turned up his stereo, no doubt to drown out any chance of noise. Both visits were one-time deals, and I left early on the latter, as I was so turned off.

Still, a provider can turn even the nicest hotel into a dump, if they don't keep the place reasonably tidied up.

My experience has been that hotels are a neutral setting, but a clean home or apartment would be just as nice, or nicer.

If they know what she does, then they know what you are there for. They know your car will probably be sitting there on the street or in the lot for a half hour or an hour. If they don't know for sure what she does, they know she has guys coming by at all hours for short visits. Always makes me nervous.

A hotel has people coming and going all the time. Sure a front-desk person may note your arrival and departure, but I never feel like I'm being watched like I do when I pull up to an apartment or a house.

I suppose if a provider was a 24/7 provider whose only source of income was providing. & they saw multiple people all day and night had a private location loaded with neighbors who had nothing better to do than sit around all day & neighbor watch.
Yeah you have point.
My private location is not my home.
I have 2 careers & school plus am an active parent.
Very low volume.
No management LURKING AROUND.
This thread has been very insightful on people's opinions & perceptions of the 2 different options.
As long as I continue to do this I will utilize a private DISCRETE incall..
I've been around since 2010 & I have used both in that duration. I believe the clients that have been to my current location feel safe & secure.
But I have always been a low volume provider, so even when I utilized hotels, I had extremely low traffic who generally enjoyed my nonclock watching//broken clock encounters over the years.
Might I off the topic add..
Wasn't yesterday just BEAUTIFUL!!
I JUST LOVE SPRING!!
&
SPANK ME!!
Private incall all the way! As long as you dont have a train of cars coming and going every single day.
Bobby, i like to be in your incall!!!
