So Pocahontas got shut down in the Senate for attempting to read a letter from the Widow of the great Martin Luthur King.
A letter that was no more than an opinion, an opinion that was proven wrong by people who were actually involved in the events. Pocahontas thought that she could get away with slandering a fellow Senator because who would dare question the thoughts of the Widow King.
Well, The Senate called her out on it and told her to sit down and shut her lying mouth up. Good for them.
Pocahontas said, to paraphrase, that she was appalled that she could not read a letter from Correta Scott King on the Senate floor. Well, when that letter is nothing more than an opinion that slanders a fellow Senator, then no you can't.
So Pocahontas, sit down, and shut the fuck up.
