So when a provider asks for 2-3 references. What kind of references are they talking about? I'm sure its not like references you would use for a job or anything like that lol.

To add to this, they want references from other providers who have spent time with you who will verify that you are safe to see.

So assuming you do not have any references yet, you need to seek out providers who are newbie friendly and are reference friendly. Keep in mind that just because they say they are newbie friendly is not a guarantee they are reference friendly.
