The wall

Honestly do think Trump's wall will be built?

Yes. A "wall" will get built.

It might not take on the originally thought of appearance but Trump's presidency will create barriers to illegal entry to this country.

He is certainly streamlining their ride back home.....

I think he will make it like Disneyland for illegals.....

A very expensive ticket to weather long lines and delays that finally land them in this country where they get swept up and provided a short efficient ride that lands them back where they started.

But I don't think a wall is the best way.

All we need to do is go after the people who employ illegals like we used to do. Until the 1990s most employers would never hire an illegal for anything except cash paid daily labor because getting caught was a serious crime.

If we returned to that all the illegals would be unemployed and would "self deport."

We already have 700 miles of fence, and people tunnel under it all the time, and they can climb it if they want if it were in deserted areas or places owned by private land owners. Go to the border and you'll see all the land on this side of the Rio Grande is owned by private owners who are farming it or ranching it. They can get anything across if they desire, and there's little anyone can do about it.

Frankly a wall won't work.

A wall with a tall net along the top will keep out the illegal Zika infected mosquitos and keep them from breeding in this great country.

Build it...and they will come.

The wall is a fantastic idea... of course until drones are strong enough to lift people. I think they should make it real super duper high as well, to stop the catapulting of drugs across the border. Maybe they will catapult people?

If we just sentenced anyone that hired an undocumented worked to minimum jail time for first offence this problem would likely dissolve. But the farmers, construction companies, abattoirs, hospitality industries and others dependent on these low wage workers would freak.

The Mexicans are already using those pumpkin chunken machines but sometimes the children and elderly explode after launch.

Trump won't build the wall he says he will. Maybe a fence, but even then, we will pay for it, not Mexico. Wait for Trump to admit it.

How much are they going to pay people to help build this wall? Maybe this is an opportunity to give good paying jobs to all the people who's jobs have been stolen by legal and illegal immigrants.

Trump has already stated that the individual trades will be paid 25% more then the Bacon-Davis Act stipulatrs. He will also authorize additional incentive pay from the top to the bottom for finishing on time and under budget. It's truly a beautiful comp plan.
