Curious if anyone has been to either of these two places. Sundial Motel and Luxury Inn, both on South Buckner (Loop 12). Should I plan a visit before their CO is revoked?

that area has a very activie and diligent Neighborhood Association that is determined to get their prostitution problem under control. Looks like they have support at City Hall. There is a school nearby as well so another motivation.

Last year, the City Council approved changes to zoning regulations to ban lodgings of 60 rooms or less in the area.
Hmmm...I wonder if there might have been some economic reasons behind the closures as well.
