How many chances & where do you draw the line?

Ladies & Gents.....

Besides emergency situation. How much time is enough for notice to be late or cancel?.

When they arrive and hygiene is poor aka (breath, long dirty nails just to mention a couple) How much hair is too much hair....

Negotiation on prices and wants more time....

How many chances can you have and when do you draw the line and black list someone.....

I've recently enforced a cancellation policy on my website. Depending on how much time they booked, I require half of the donation if they decide to cancel. I understand things tend to come up so I try to be fair, but cancelling 2 times in a row with me will get them put on my DNS list quickly. I prefer at least 24 hour notice for a cancellation.
As far as poor hygiene, I keep mouth wash & extra soap for these occasions. I always offer a shower to every gent who meets me. Most shower beforehand so it's seldom I deal with this issue, but if I notice they're a little smelly coming in, I will suggest a wash up. If they decline I will politely explain I am not comfortable continuing our date. I don't mind beards as long as they're groomed & not unruly. I prefer trimmed down below.
& I honestly think trying to negotiate rates is one of the most disrespectful things a guy can do in this hobby. There's plenty of lovely ladies in all price ranges to choose from, there's no reason to talk us down on our rates. But in the same tense as a provider, we need to make sure we meet the expectations being a lady of our rates. (Not saying you don't).

Cancellation/late situations are SOP in this hobby, from both ends. Shit happens sometimes. But if it is a trend, not random occurrence, then that's when it becomes an issue.

My policy is two NCNS, then I do not see the provider anymore. I'll take the first as something came up, and if she explains it, I will take it. The second time a provider does it, then it's not random, it's policy.

Hygiene issue is something I really can't explain from my end. I always try to be as presentable as I expect her to be.
