On Saturday, April 30, 12:00 Noon - 2:00 PM, there will be a Women-Only Self-Defense Seminar here in San Antonio at a location near I-10 and Loop 410. Registration fee is $20, and all proceeds go to the Women's Rape Crisis Center.
You'll need to come dressed in long pants with bike shorts underneath, sports bra, tee shirt, and athletic shoes. No jewelry.
