Cancelling Lubbock...stay in EP, back to Midland, or Amarillo early?

So I've decided to cancel the Lubbock part of my trip as I've had a couple cancels and not much interest. No hard feelings

But.....I am wondering if I should stay in EP a couple extra days, head back to Midland, or go to Amarillo early. Any suggestions?
