Does it mean:
- The message was not read.
- The message was deleted without read ?
- The message was read, but the recepient selected not to confirm ?

In the user's private message section, a statement of:
"You have 0 confirmed and x unconfirmed private message receipts"
Does it mean:
- The message was not read.
- The message was deleted without read ?

That means 0 people have clicked the ok receipt to let you know they got your message and x amount have clicked the ok, confirming that they have received it.
